Shipping & Physical Merchandise Returns
Most orders are filled and shipped within 7 business days from the time of order. You will receive e-mail confirmation of your order when you place it, and again when it goes out.
US Orders: we ship using US Postal Priority Mail, fully insured. Most orders arrive 2-3 business days after shipping. Please be sure to be available to sign for the package or make other arrangements with your carrier. Your package may not fit in a mailbox, and since it will be insured and tracked, your local mail carrier may not want to leave it without a signature. For safety reasons, we don’t waive the signature requirement.
Orders outside the US:
For other non-US orders, we ship using Postal Express Mail International, which usually arrives in 5-7 business days. This is the only method secure enough and insurable from the US to foreign destinations, and it is the only method we will use. Please note that we are required to fill out all customs forms accurately and completely, including the items in the shipment and their value. Any customs charges or import duties incurred for your package are your responsibility.
Please note that all the items we sell are legal in the US, but may not be in other countries. Be sure of your local laws before ordering- we are not responsible for the results of shipping US-legal items into countries where they are prohibited.
Returns: If your order arrives damaged, inform your delivery person right away, save all packaging, and contact us about replacement. If we have shipped you the wrong item, contact us so we can take care of it. Otherwise, all sales are final, so choose your items carefully- for health reasons, we do not accept any returns except for the reasons already stated.
